Tom answered when I called about the flooding in the basement. It was nice to talk to a real person instead of a recording. I told him my problem and he told me told me when they would come, what they would do AND THEY DID IT! Great experience. I highly recommend their service.

Have you gotten wet recently in a place you shouldn't have? Call Tom and the crew! We had an upstairs condo neighbor with a plugged drain ruin our bedroom last month. I am still shell shocked by back-to-back incidents that caused me to need a remediation specialist; but I'm so glad my plumber recommended Tom and Northeast Water Remediation! I don't know what I would've done without Tom and his team taking charge and putting my house back together, professionally and quickly! We were unlucky enough to have two separate occasions to need Tom's help. The first flood happened right before Christmas. It was a broken drain pipe inside the wall of our finished basement. Tom responded within an hour of my call. He and his crew worked diligently and professionally. Always working around my schedule which was no easy task. They had my house back up and running in a matter of days. That included tearing out walls and carpeting, cleaning out the water and gunk inside the wall, applying mold retardant and then reconstructing the entire area. The second happened a few weeks later. A water line to a toilet on the upper floor let loose while no one was home. The water ran for about 2.5 hours resulting in flooding on the two floors below. Again, Tom responded swiftly and professionally and helped us out every step of the way. He had to tear out two ceilings, remediate the water damage and rebuild them, paint them, put up new trim, etc. My house looks like nothing ever happened. In both instances, Tom provided very detailed breakdowns of each job and he met with my insurance adjuster to be sure the insurance adjuster understood everything that needed to be done. I hope I never have another flood but if I do, Tom is my first phone call!

Tom saved my day when my bathroom reno contractor throw me an estimate of 3-5K for some suspicious black spots on the insulation and asked me to get back to him by the end of the day. Tom is very responsive and came on the evening I called. After examination, he confirmed it's not mold but offered a brief cleaning service just to be on the safe side. He came late evening the next day, removed the insulation and applied the mold killer spray. I cannot thank Tom enough for the help.

This company has very efficient guys ! They repaired the damage done by ice damming which occurred last winter. They did a perfect job of repairing and reconstruction of the damaged areas including a mold remediation. They dealt directly with the insurance company too.

My husband and I used Northeast Water Remediation after we found a very bad water leak. Tom Christopoulos was able to come out immediately, set up an industrial dehumidifier, and walk us through our options. He was fantastic! Everyone we dealt with at NWR was great. While we hope to not have to need a water remediation company again anytime soon, if we do Tom and NWR will be our first call.

Had a hot water tank break in my basement. Tom and his crew were fantastic! Very professional and quick to get to my house so water in the basement didn't spread very far. Would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I would like to highly recommend Tom Christophoulos and his crew from Northeast Water Remediation. During last weekends snowstorm we awoke at 4am to a basement fully flooded due to the towns water main break. Tom answered our frantic call at 4:30am and personally was onsite at our house by 5:20am to assess. His crew was onsite hard at work by 8am and they have been working onsite to remedy this awful situation daily since. Tom even came this morning to do a walkthrough with the insurance adjuster to make sure all of the damages and rebuild involved are properly noted . I don't know what we would do without Tom and his crew. They've been easy to work with and 1000% responsive. If you unfortunately find yourself in a flood/fire situation they are who you want on scene!

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: We had a devastating leak coming from our 2nd floor shower, through the first floor and into the basement.

The leak happened with three hours remaining before I had a car picking me up to take me to the airport. I was in a total panic and called Northeast Water Remediation, which was a recommendation from our plumber, whom I trust. Thomas was at our house within an hour of the call. He was calm (and calming to me) and professional. He's very thorough about cleaning up and making sure there's no where that mold will grow, which made me super comfortable trusting him to do a detailed job. He came back twice in my absence, to bring in blowers and then remove them. When I came home it was like it never happened. I hope I never have need to use them again, but if I have an emergency, they're the only company I'll call.

Tom was very responsive and took away all of my uneasiness about a flooded basement. He jumped into action after our first phone conversation and didn't stop until all was resolved. All through the process, Tom was in touch and explained every step, answering any questions that I had. The guys did an excellent job. All were very polite and respectful. And so speedy!

I am very happy with the excellent service I received from Northeast Water Remediation, Inc. During the coastal flooding, my basement looked like the beach. Tom and his crew pumped out the water, shoveled out the sand, performed flood cuts, and left dry equipment. Then they started the rebuild. We were really impressed with the speedy performance, final results, and would highly recommend this company!

I called Tom when our upstairs toilet overflowed & leaked through the ceiling & a light fixture. Tom responded promptly, gave me tips for what to do in the interim, and came out on a Sunday for an initial estimate. I was very ready to hear that we'd need to rip out the ceiling, and I really appreciated Tom's honesty in telling me he didn't think we'd need to cut away the ceiling. He could easily have gotten himself a bigger job, but had the integrity to tell us we didn't need to take the pricier route. I would 100% recommend Tom, and though I hope we don't have reason to need these services again; if we do I will definitely call Northeast Water Remediation.

I can't speak to the quality of work, other than his initial assessment (which was efficient & thorough), but his integrity speaks highly of his work ethic, and I'd trust him to do any work we needed done.

We woke up Christmas morning to 4" of water in our basement. We pumped out what we could on our own but definitely needed a professional to handle the remediation and rebuild.

I'm not much for leaving reviews but I have to share my experience with Northeast water remediation.

Tom showed up at our house to assess the damage within an hour of our phone call. His crew was at our house that afternoon to remove the carpet and cut out the damage drywall. The dehumidifiers and fans were left for a couple of days and the basement sprayed to eliminate any potential for mold. We decided to use Tom's crew for the rebuild, as well. Great decision. Within 3 weeks we had an entirely new basement and it looks fantastic! The entire process end to end was seamless, we received the service we requested and everything happened on schedule.

Tom is a great communicator. He's honest, straightforward, listens and strived to make the process easy for us. His crew obviously takes his lead. They're hardworking, professional and provide great workmanship.

I had a bad flood in my basement from a pipe that burst, leaving 9,000 gallons of water on the floor. The previous company I contacted did not do a very good job with the cleanup. I contacted Tom at Northeast Water Remediation, and he and his crew came out right away. They spoke with my insurance company and got working right away on removing the mold that had built up from the flood. Tom and his crew did a wonderful job, providing quick and efficient service.
